Please explain this Merlin, oh you can? Do you like to see a big strong man seeing cry because he cannot help his friend? He is standing there like a little child till someone asks: what's happening? Bla bla bla. Now we really need a miracle, oh wait it is happening, lucky us. He is standing up again, stronger as ever, he will kill us again he is saying. Now I am stronger, yes the enemy is defeated! Oh no.

It is always more or less like this: let's attack him! Yes we are winning, oh no wait, he is strong now, so weird? Oh we are losing, wait wait, I have a secret. Also the fights are stating to be boring. And what is happening now? Let's ask google assistant Merlin. So where they first kept secrets, suddenly everything is told and explained. Season 4 was a struggle, half way the season I started the last episode. Season 3 still good, but all the things I didn't like started to grow more. So the first season (and second) was nice to see. I have watched all the seasons, but not all the episodes. Whatever it's faults however, The Seven Deadly Sins is a very enjoyable anime. Some characters do their best to explain the power levels but it never seems like it totally makes sense. The Seven Deadly Sins does have a problem with power however. The story may start off somewhat generic in season 1, but the characters hold it up, and in Season 2 and 3 the story is incredible. Their dynamics with each other are so incredibly enjoyable and their backstories are all compelling. Action looks incredible until the Third Season's animation quality dropped half way through, which still never detracted from the characters for me, as the characters are what is consistently phenomenal this entire show. The music is excellent, especially some of the OPs and EDs. The Tone is very light hearted but it also can easily go to dark places and feel natural. The first season was incredibly unique in tone and felt less like a Shonen anime than any other Shonen anime I've watched.

The Seven Deadly Sins is some of the most fun you can have watching anime. Overall, it was painful watching the later end of the series. I cannot take the show seriously as everything looked like kid toys and angry children. The animation in an anime usually should not be a detrimental aspect to the judgement of the whole series, but in this instance it is. The most annoying character of all was the pink pig Hawk, with its sole purpose of being useless and screaming throughout.

With its big array of characters, many were out of place and should not be in the series in the first place. The second half of the last season was completely pointless and random. Then season 5, the last season came and the series just became silly. However, about season 4 until the end, the story became messy with mostly crazy strong characters one up each other and explode stuff. Other sinners like Diane and King were pretty good also. I liked Ban the most with his touching and sad backstory that I can feel for. The characters were not bad either, especially the side characters. However, many characters had great charms, making the show refreshing enough to be fun. It definitely presented itself as a typical shounen anime. In the first three seasons, this anime was not too bad.
